Hikari Lionhead Mini Sinking Pellet is a specialist daily diet. A perfect nutritional balance of natural ingredients to promote growth and the desirable lionhead form. This was previously not possible without feeding live food where there was always a risk of introducing parasites and/or harmful bacteria.
The pellets contain pure-cultured spirulina and shrimp meal to provide an easily digestible and readily acceptable taste and texture. Natural carotenoids help develop superior colour, brilliance and luster. The uniquely blended nutrients support a healthy immune system.
Please note that owing to the high level of natural ingredients, there may be a slight variation in pellet colour with each production batch.
Feeding
Feed two to four times daily. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding. Only use the amount your fish will completely consume in a few minutes. Uneaten food should then be removed to maintain water quality.
Please note that if the water temperature is constantly below 10 degrees, or above 30 degrees, the amount of food should be reduced based on the level of fish activity
