Everything you expect from a snooza product.. quality style and function in spades. It is as the name says chinchilla soft. Streaks ahead of comprable products. Ordering was an easy process and received the item quickly. Recommend to people who are discerning when it comes to their furbabies!Would have no hesitation using MPZ again

Such a great bed. You can wash almost all of it in a washing machine, so it will last forever with a dog that doesn't chew the bed! The bed arrived within only a few days to me here in Melbs. So great! My dog lives it!
